• Your service address, to route the visit and account for altitude-related job notes (Boulder, Broomfield, Louisville, Lafayette, Erie, Superior, Westminster, or Longmont)
• The appliance brand, model line, and a description of the symptom (for example, a Wolf range burner running rich or a Sub-Zero unit losing temperature)
• Basic scheduling preferences, such as your preferred appointment window

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly to run your service call — nothing more. Specific uses include:

• Confirming the $89 service call and diagnostic appointment
• Dispatching the correct technician and preparing likely OEM parts before arrival
• Providing the written repair quote after on-site inspection, as required before any work begins
• Following up after the repair to confirm the appliance is operating correctly at Boulder's 5,430-foot elevation

Our Online Booking Partner

Online appointment requests are processed through Nexfield, an independent scheduling platform (nexfield.pro), which transmits your booking details directly to our dispatch team. Nexfield's handling of the data you submit through that booking form is governed by its own privacy practices in addition to this policy. We do not use Nexfield, or any other third party, for advertising or resale of your information.

Data Security

We limit access to customer information to the staff and technicians directly involved in scheduling and completing your repair, and we apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission over the phone network or internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we do not store more information than is needed to service your appliance.

Boulder Wolf Appliance Repair is not Wolf Appliance, Inc., Sub-Zero Group, or any other manufacturer, and we do not automatically forward your information to a manufacturer for warranty registration, recall notices, or marketing. If you ask us to reference your appliance's serial number when sourcing a genuine OEM part, we use that detail only to place the correct part order.

Your Choices

You can ask us to remove your contact details from our scheduling records once a repair is complete, correct inaccurate information, or ask what information we currently hold on file. Because we do not collect email addresses, all of these requests are handled the same way you reach us for service — by phone.
