Terms of Service

These terms govern service appointments booked with Boulder Wolf Appliance Repair, a privately owned, independent appliance repair company serving Boulder County and the northern Front Range. Effective April 2026.

The Agreement

Scope of Service and Booking

By requesting an appointment — whether by phone or through our online booking form — you agree to the terms on this page. Boulder Wolf Appliance Repair provides independent repair, diagnostic, and high-altitude calibration services for Wolf, Sub-Zero, and other premium kitchen appliance brands throughout Boulder, Broomfield, Louisville, Lafayette, Erie, Superior, Westminster, and Longmont.

Who These Terms Cover

These terms apply to any customer who books a diagnostic or repair visit with us for a range, oven, cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, or ventilation system. They govern the service appointment itself — the diagnostic fee, the estimate process, parts, and warranty coverage. General use of this website is addressed separately in our Privacy Policy.

Field Hours and Response

Technicians are in the field daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM for diagnostics, repairs, and thermostat or burner-orifice recalibration at Boulder's 5,430-foot elevation. Phone calls are answered 24 hours a day at (720) 903-2603, so you can reach a person to book a visit or check on an active job outside those field hours as well.

Diagnostic Fees, Estimates, and Authorization

The $89 Service Call

Every visit begins with an $89 service call that covers travel and a full on-site diagnostic — checking gas pressure and burner orifice sizing, oven thermostat calibration, refrigerant pressures, or control-board function, as appropriate to the appliance and to local elevation. If you proceed with the repair we recommend, that $89 is credited toward the total repair cost.

Written Estimates Before Any Repair

Once diagnosis is complete, we provide a written estimate covering parts and labor. No repair work begins until you approve that estimate. We do not quote a repair price over the phone before a technician has physically inspected the unit — every dollar figure you receive is specific to your appliance and confirmed on site.

Parts, Workmanship, and Warranty Coverage

Genuine OEM Parts

We install genuine OEM parts and factory-specified components sourced for the exact model and serial range of your appliance. Parts carry their respective manufacturer warranties, and we keep a record of part numbers and installation dates that you can reference later.

Labor Warranty

Our labor is warranted for 90 days from the date of completed service. If the same issue recurs within that window on the same component, contact us and we will return to re-diagnose it at no additional service-call charge.

Independent Business Disclosure

Boulder Wolf Appliance Repair is a privately owned, independent service business. We are not an authorized dealer, certified repair center, or endorsed partner of Wolf Appliance, Inc., Sub-Zero Group, or any other manufacturer whose products we service. Brand names referenced on this site and in our service documentation are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the equipment we repair, never to imply endorsement or affiliation.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any service performed is limited to the cost of the repair itself. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions discovered during diagnosis, cosmetic damage unrelated to the repair performed, or failures arising from defects in new parts once installed according to manufacturer specification. Customers are responsible for ensuring gas, water, and electrical connections at the appliance are accessible and up to code at the time of service.

Contact Information, Cancellations, and Changes

How We Collect Contact Information

We do not operate a public contact-form email inbox. The only ways to reach us are by calling (720) 903-2603, answered 24/7, or by submitting our online booking form, which asks only for what is needed to schedule a visit — name, service address, phone number, appliance type, and a description of the issue. That information is used solely to dispatch a technician and confirm your appointment.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please call at least four hours before your scheduled window so that slot can be offered to another customer.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our services or service area evolve. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
